Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to withdraw JAMAIS VU on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to nail puncture; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw SARDINIA (Ramandeep S Bal) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left hind due to inflammatory swelling on thigh region; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to withdraw ALWAYS UNITED (Arshad Alam) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained large inflammatory swelling under the neck; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificatefrom the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
ITALIAN STALLION (S R Santosh Kumar) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', thereby, inconveniencing COUNTRY'S SHER (L Prashant) on its inside, at the start.
 
Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SKY JASMINE, reported that he accidentally lost his right rein momentarily, which he regained within a few strides, approaching the 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey L Prashant, the rider of COUNTRY'S SHER was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount, during the Race.
 
It was reported after the Race that TOBIN (M Naveen) pulled up lame on left hind; Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey Ramandeep S Bal, the declared rider of RASTA MASTA, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey S R Santosh Kumar to ride RASTA MASTA in place of the declared rider.
 
BRAVE ADMIRAL (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped 'out' awkwardly.
 
Jockey K Raghu, the rider of OCEANA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'out' sharply and causing interference to AKIMBO (Mohd. Asif Khan) on his outside, passing the 350 Metres.
 
Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of AL DORADO, was reprimanded for the undesirable practice of easing his mount in the closing stages of the Race when his mount was involved in a close finish for the first place. He was informed that since he won the Race, no action was taken but for which he would have been reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. 
 
RASTA MASTA (S R Santosh Kumar) ran detached from the field; Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
 
Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of STAR GUNNS, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported to have burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 
 
It was reported after the Race that BREAKING NEWS (Imran Chisty) had apparently lost its left fore shoe during the Race.

Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of MOROCCAN, was reprimanded for shifting 'out', thereby, inconveniencing PERFECT LEGACY (H G Rathod) on his outside, approaching the 1200 Metres and again passing the 1200 Metres. 
 
Jockey Vipin Kumar, the rider of WIND STRIKER, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course between the 1200 Metres and 1000 Metres of the Race. 
 
KAZURI (M Rajesh Kumar) accidentally brushed the railings, passing the 1100 Metres.
 
Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of RUSTIC SUNRISE, was reprimanded for the undesirable practice of easing his mount in the closing stages of the Race when his mount was involved in a close finish for the first place. He was informed that since he won the Race, no action was taken but for which he would have been reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
 
ASCENDENCY (Nazerul Alam) was observed to be hanging in after entering the Straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no  abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it, again.
 
It was reported after the Race that DEIMUS (R N Darshan) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

NIKKA (H M Akshay) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing TERI ADAH (Arshad Alam) on its outside, at the start.
 
PRIVATE PARADISE (R Ajay Kumar) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', at the start.
 
SO FAR (M J Gautam Raj Urs) ran detached from the field; Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

It was reported after the Race that PRIVATE PARADISE (R Ajay Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

FLAMING MUSTANG (Irvan Singh) was inclined to run 'out' throughout the Race, particularly between the 1000 Metres and the 700 Metres, and despite the best efforts of its rider to keep it on an even keel, it shifted out and took out CRACKSMAN (Anil Baandal) further on its outside; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
HILDA (P P Dhebe) accidentally stumbled, in the last 50 Metres of the Race.
 
SIYONA (M Madhu Babu) ran detached from the field; Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 
 
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of FESTIVE STAR, reported that his mount was trying to run 'out' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 
 
Jockey Anil Baandal and Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav were questioned as to the running and riding of CRACKSMAN. The rider stated as follows; a) As he gradually improved his position, his mount was taken out by FLAMING MUSANG (Irvan Singh), that was running erratic despite the rider's best effort, between the 1000 Metres and the 700 Metres and as such he had to travel wide throughout the bend; b)  In the straight his mount was not galloping fluently; c) He had informed his Trainer about his mount's run and advised him to have the horse checked; The Trainer, while corroborating the statements of the rider, added that as per his observation the left testicle of the horse had gone up and that he had informed the Club's Veterinary Officer who had already been advised by the Stipendiary Stewards to check the horse. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported that the left testicle of the horse was un-descended and the right testicle was only visible. The Trainer further stated that this horse will be gelded before its next run. The Trainer was informed to ensure full physical fitness of the horse before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey S R Santosh Kumar to ride SPINNING CHAKRAM in place of Jockey Ramandeep S Bal, the declared rider.
 
Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, CHICAGO (Khurshad Alam); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.
 
COUNTRY'S CROWN (Vijay Kumar) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order; Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
PLATINUM PEARL (R N Darshan) slipped from behind, thereby, losing some ground, at the start.
 
SECRET TOUCH (K Sai Kiran) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing JUST BY CHANCE (R Rayan Ahmed) on its outside, at the start.
 
Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde  and Jockey R N Darshan were questioned as to the running and riding of PLATINUM PEARL, in the above Race. Jockey R N Darshan stated as follows; a) His mount slipped from behind, at the start, totally unbalancing him; b) Thereafter, he did not get any room to improve his position and passing 1000 Metres, he had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner, SPINNING CHAKRAM (S R Santosh Kumar); c) Thereafter he gradually improved his position along the Rails; d) After entering the Straight along the Rails, he shifted his mount out as there was a wall of horses in front of him and ran on from there to finish third. The Trainer, Mr. Ranjeet Shinde corroborated the statements of Jockey R N Darshan and added that in the circumstances explained he could not take exception to the riding of the Jockey. Their explanations were noted for future references.
 
Trainer Mr C D Monnappa was questioned as to the relative performance of his charge FLASH TIME (Arshad Alam), the winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 79 of the First Extra  Day of the Mysore Winter Races 2018-19, i.e., The Kandla Plate – Div II, (About) 1400 Metres for horses rated 20 to 45, 6 years old and over run on Thursday, 31st January, 2019, when ridden by Jockey R N Darshan, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) In its previous run, he had instructed the rider to go to the front, but his charge was badly hemmed up along the rails throughout the race; b) After entering the Straight, he again did not get room along the rails, passing the 400 Metres and the rider had to pull it out and ride out; c) Despite all that, his charge came out and finished a close 7th; d) In this run also he had instructed his rider to go to the front, the rider settled it in 2nd position and came into the straight and rode it out; e) The horse won well though he had not fancied its chances in this Race. His explanations were noted.
   
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g FLASH TIME.

MAGNOLIA (Mohd. Asif Khan) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order; Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
QUICK ANGEL (Nazerul Alam) did not raise a fluent gallop, soon after jumping out fro the Starting Gates, thereby losing few lengths and thereafter, ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must ensure better performance of his charge and not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
 
STAR ATRIUM (H M Akshay) accidentally brushed the Railings, approaching the 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of CONTRIBUTOR, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out badly and causing very severe interference to horses on his outside, viz., COORG REGIMENT (P P Dhebe),  LUCKY PINEAPPLE (R N Darshan) and ABDERUS (J Paswan), approaching the 1000 Metres and as such, COORG REGIMENT (P P Dhebe) had to be checked by its rider and fell back, to avoid striking the front runner.
