Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Padmanabhan to withdraw JAN ZIZKA (S John) as the horse was restless while it was being loaded to travel to Mysuru and tried to flip over.

As Jockey Imran Chisty, the declared rider of SCARLET PRINCESS, was unable to come on time to fulfil his riding engagement due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar] to substitute Jockey K Sai Kiran in place of the declared rider.

PRINCESS PRIDE (V R Jagdeesh) fell while saddling and it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind and also sustained multiple bruises over the body. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

DESERT ANGEL (T S Jodha) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Dominic S] was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of DUXTON was fined Rs.1,000/-  for shifting `in' and causing interference to MOONSTRUCK (P Kiran Rai), on his inside, at the start.

Jockey K Raghu, the rider of SAFE BET was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and causing intereference to MOONSTRUCK (P Kiran Rai), on his inside, and as such the latter brushed the railings approaching 1200 metres.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of DUXTON was reprimanded for shifting `in' and inconveniencing INCREDIBLE STAR (P Sai Kumar), on his inside, rounding the final bend. 

It was observed in the Race that POWER OF SHAMBHALA (M Naveen) slowed down after passing 350 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Manohar R V was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

It was observed in the Race that INCREDIBLE STAR (P Sai Kumar) was hanging `in' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Karthik R was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Md. Akram, the rider of DREAM STAR was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and causing intereference to CLOVIS (Mohammed Mushraf) on his inside passing 1100 metres.

Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of GLITTERING GOLD was reprimanded for shifting `in' and inconveniencing SPANISH BEAUTY (S John), on his inside, which went on to CLOVIS (Mohammed Mushraf), on its inside, approaching 1000 metres.

Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of CLOVIS, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course rounding the final bend.

UNIMAGINABLE (M Prabhakaran) was observed to be running erratic approaching the 1000 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported. 

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of KVASIR was fined Rs.2000/-  for exaulting, before passing the Winning Post.

Jockey Md. Akram, the rider of DREAM STAR, reported that his mount was hanging `out' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was reported after the Race that GLITTERING GOLD (Shamaz Shareef) pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g KVASIR.

Trainer M. Bobby was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the declaration of Jockey Altaf Hussain, to ride his charge MARCH TO VICTORY, when the declared rider did not have the necessary permission to ride, during the ensuing Mysore Races 2019. Under the circumstances, he was permitted to  declare Jockey Mohammed Mushraf to ride his charge MARCH TO VICTORY, instead.

Jockey H Rahul rider of HALOWEEN'S WAY was reprimanded for shifting `in' and inconveniencing THEA'S GIFT (H M Akshay), on his inside, approaching 900 metres.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of BRABOURNE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing severe interference to REANNA (Y S Srinath), on his outside, between the 300 Metres and the 150 Metres.

HALOWEEN'S WAY (H Rahul) sustained bruises on both hind plantar fetlock.

EWANDOR (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained injuries on left fore outer cannon and right fore cannon.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S M Johnson to withdraw ETERNALINSPIRATION on veterinary grounds, as it was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw HAEDI'S FOLLY (A Vishwanath) on veterinary grounds, as it sustained injury over left frontal region and bleeding from left nostril. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of SIDE WINDER was fined Rs.2,000/-  for shifting `out' and taking `out' GOOD EARTH (P Kiran Rai), on his outside, passing 1000 metres.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of SIDE WINDER was reprimanded for shifting `in' and inconveniencing GRAN PARADISO (Y S Srinath), on his inside, which went on to NAVELROCK (M Rajesh Kumar), on its inside, passing 300 Metres.

It was reported after the Race that NAVELROCK (M Rajesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Sharavanan J was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed in the Race that PSYCHIC FORCE (S Zervan) accidentally brushed the railings, shied away and leapt outwards and as such, MY OPINION (A Imran Khan) which was travelling behind had to be checked by its rider, and shift out, thereby losing some ground, passing 1800 metres.

GRAND TENTON (C Umesh) accidentally brushed the railings approaching 1000 metres.

Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, ISPELLDANGERTOALL (Janardhan Paswan); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 

NAVAL WRESTLER (Nirmal Jodha) jumped awkwardly inwards, at the Start.

DEMESTHENES (P Sai Kumar) took a fly jump, at the Start.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of ISPELLDANGERTOALL was fined Rs.2,000/-  for shifting `in' and causing interference to ABHINANDAN (C Umesh) as such the latter had to be checked by its rider approaching 700 Metres.

Jockey Nirmal Jodha, the rider of NAVAL WRESTLER was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and thereby causing interference to INCITATUS (R Vaibhav) on his inside passing 350 metres.

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of INCITATUS, reported that the horse was not galloping fluently in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Manohar R V was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of ISPELLDANGERTOALL reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the Race.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SOVIET UNION reported that his mount was hanging `out' throughout the Race.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that SOVIET UNION (M Rajesh Kumar), had  lost its left hind shoe, during the Race.

LION (H Rahul)  was extremely fractious, reared up and placed its fore legs over the gates and refused to stay inside the stall. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter's Order.  

ANGELS KISS (S Antony Raj) jumped awkwardly `outwards' at the start; thereby inconveniencing DEIMUS (Shiva Kumar) on the outside at the start.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of HARLEY QUINN reported that his mount stopped galloping in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that on examination, LION (H Rahul) was found to have sustained 2” deep cut injuries on either side of the left fore pastern. Trainer G T Surender [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Eshwer M] was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
