Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi reported that his charge NEXT LEVEL (P Kiran Rai) was extremely playful at the Saddling Enclosure and hence the Tongue Strap could not be fastened, despite his repeated efforts to put it on. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to run without the Tongue Strap.   

INTENSE COMMAND (K Sai Kiran), dropped its rider, on its way to the Starting Gates and bolted. Under the Circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order.

KINGLY COURT (C Umesh) jumped awkwardly outwards, at the Start.

STIGMATA (Shiva Kumar) veered out towards the Outer Sand Track, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of NEXT LEVEL, reported that his mount was running green, throughout the Race.

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the running of the above Race, with particular reference to KINGLY COURT (C Umesh), placed second by the Judge, drifting out alarmingly and eventually finishing the above Race, on the Outer Sand Track. The Stewards examined Jockey C Umesh and Trainer M Eshwer. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV Replay, particularly the last 400 Metres of the Race and after noting the explanations tendered by them, the Stewards decided not to alter the Judges Placings, of the above Race.

KINGLY COURT (C Umesh) was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. 

It was reported after the Race that COMBATTANT (V R Jagdeesh) had apparently lost its left hind shoe, during the Race.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f CALIFORNIA GOLD.

ZAALIMA (S Imran) planted and lost many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it until its behaviour improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race, on a Race Day, on the Race Track.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SARDINIA was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting “in” sharply and causing interference to horses on its inside, viz., STAR LAGOON (Shamaz Shareef) and IMMIGRANT (M J Gautam Raj Urs), at the Start.

Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of STAR LAGOON, was reprimanded for shifting “in” and inconveniencing SARDINIA (M Rajesh Kumar), on his inside, passing the 400 Metres. 

It was reported after the Race that MR CARSON (Ramandeep S Bal) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that ZAALIMA (S.Imran) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

KAZURI (M Rajesh Kumar), took a fly jump, at the Start.

PANKTI (M Madhu Babu), jumped out awkwardly, at the Start.

Jockey R Anand, the rider of OCEANA, was reprimanded for shifting “in” and inconveniencing POINT (Arshad Alam), on his inside, before passing the Red Marker Post.

OCEANA (R Anand), accidentally brushed the Railings, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of NAVAL WRESTLER, reported that his mount was hanging “in”, throughout the Race. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures, before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that DONNA ROSSA (T S Jodha) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of OCEANA, trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu and ridden by Jockey R Anand, in the above Race.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g POINT.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S M Johnson to withdraw PIKACHU (Sarvan Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from Colic. He was informed that he must obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MY QUEEN (K Sai Kiran) fell on the way to the Starting Gates. On examination, it was found to be lame on left hind. Under the Circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under Starter's Order. Trainer, Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

ONLY HOPE (M J Gautam Raj URS) planted and lost many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it until its behaviour improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race, on a Race Day, on the Race Track.

KING STAR (M Madhu Babu) jumped awkwardly outwards, at the Start.

Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of ONLY HOPE, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of ROYAL DESIGN, reported that the saddle of his mount shifted over the Withers, rounding the bend. After due examination of the ezquipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the faulty saddling of his charge, ROYAL DESIGN. 

Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of STAR STYLE, reported that his mount was hanging “in” after entering the Straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, b ut no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao, was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

On  a complaint received from Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu, an enquiry is being into the riding of Jockey K Raghu, on his mount SAFE BET, in the above Race.

SQUARE THE CIRCLE (P Kiran Rai) walked out of the Gates, thereby losing few lengths at the Start.  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it until its behaviour improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out, on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

It was reported after the Race that ADMIRAL ACT (Mukesh Kumar), pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer, Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LONDON (G.Rohith) took a fly jump, at the Start.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of ALL IN, was reprimanded for shifting “in” and inconveniencing KOROL (R Anand), on his inside, approaching the 400 Metres.

Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of CONTRIBUTOR, was reprimanded for the undesirable practice of easing up his mount, in the closing stages of the Race, especially when his mount was involved in a close finish.

Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of CONTRIBUTOR, reported that his mount was hanging “out” in the Straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that MASTER OF UNIVERSE (P S Chouhan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must obtain a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported that MASTER OF UNIVERSE (P S Chouhan), was endoscoped on the morning of 21st November, 2019 and submitted a report as follows;

CARNIVAL EXPRESS (Ramandeep S Bal) jumped awkwardly outwards at the Start.

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of TAREK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for momentarily losing his left rein, passing the 400 Metres.  

MASTERS MIND (L Prashant) was observed to be running erratically in the back stretch. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have Sharp Molars. Hence Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [First infringement].

TAREK (Shiva Kumar) sustained small injury on left hind medial bulb of heel.
