Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.2,000/- for sporting Blinkers on his charge ELLE VA (M J Gautam Raj Urs) for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Blinkers were removed before the horse left the paddock. 

ROMANTIC HEART (K Sai Kiran) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced LEAD THE WAY (Janardhan Paswan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. 

Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the rider of WHITE LIES, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to ELLE VA (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his outside passing the 600 Metres. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of KUSHAQ reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 250 Metres.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of KUSHAQ was fined Rs.2,000/- for the improper practice of using his hands and striking the horse in the final 100 Metres of the race. 

ROMANTIC HEART (K Sai Kiran) was impounded for veterinary examination but due to its fractious behavior it could not be examined after the race. Subsequently, it was examined the next morning at 08:30 a.m by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to have sharp molars. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [1st Infringement]. 

ELLE VA (M J Gautam Raj Urs) sustained injuries on both hind fetlock.

LADYBLUE (V R Jagdeesh) after jumping out did not raise a fluent gallop, suddenly veered towards the left and dropped the rider approaching the 1300 Metres and thereafter, did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey B Harish, the rider of SWISS BAY reported that he accidentally lost his whip, in the final 150 Metres of the race.

As Jockey R N Darshan, the declared rider of SURPRISE PACKAGE could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement for the day due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey H Zeeshan to ride SURPRISE PACKAGE, in place of the declared rider. 

As Jockey H M Akshay, the declared rider of CHILLY BREEZE could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagements for the day due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu to substitute Jockey R Manish to ride CHILLY BREEZE, in place of the declared rider. 

SEVENTH STAR (M J Gautam Raj urs) was extremely fractious, reared up and got cast inside the gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. 

It was observed that the left Side Cheek Piece on AIRVELOCITY had come loose as it was not properly fastened. After due examination of the equipment after the race which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to fastening of the Side Cheek Pieces. 

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of NICHE CANNABIS reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but due to its fractious behavior it could not be examined after the race.

It was reported after the race that ASCENDENT (A Ayaz Khan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

D DARLING (Lalkar Singh) swerved towards the left after jumping out of the Starting Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

AQUILA D’ORO (B Darshan Anthony) jumped awkwardly outwards.
 
SPARKLES (Kirtish Bhagat) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced COORG GENERAL (Afsar Khan) on its outside which in turn shifted out further and bumped PERFECT EMPRESS (K Sai Kiran) soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of VIJAYA FALCON reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey Vivek G, the rider of DARK SECRET, reported that the saddle on his mount started to shift, rounding the final bend and thereafter, it totally shifted under the belly of his mount and as such, he had to remove both his legs from the Stirrups and had to sit on the withers, to avoid falling from his mount and avert a bad accident and as such, he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. An enquiry is being initiated by the Stipendiary Stewards pertaining to the saddling of DARK SECRET (G Vivek) by Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S, in the above Race.
   
MANY MOONS (J Paswan) sustained bruises on both chest wall, behind girth.

RECKONING (Nazerul Alam) sustained cut injury on left fore, inside fetlock.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing with respect of his charge, SANTORINI (Kirtish Bhagat), in the above Race [1st Infringement].

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting out and taking out D JANI (P Sai Kumar), on his outside, between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres.

Jockey P Sai Kumar, the rider of D JANI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to MAGIC CIRCLE (P S Chouhan), on his outside, passing the 250 Metres.  

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of ATHULYA was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

It was reported after the race that EVANGELINE (J Paswan) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. S Ramesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

N R I PLAN (Arshad Alam) sustained deep clipped injury on left hind fetlock.

Jockey J H Arul, the rider of SUPER SEXY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in sharply before passing the red marker post.

Jockey Angad, the rider of WAR SONG, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course thereby allowing his mount to run erratically, after entering the straight.
 
It was observed that ENRICHMENT (Vijay Kumar) veered out badly passing 250 Metres and finished the race on the outer sand track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S Ramesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
