Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ramesh S to withdraw GABRIELLA (Vijay Kumar) on veterinary grounds, as it was trotting lame on right fore due to knee joint inflammation. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of SO FAR was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing VIJAYA SURABHI (Dhanu Singh Deora) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of VIRGINIA QUEEN  was fined Rs.2,000/-  for shifting `in’ and causing interference to HERE I COME (L. Alex Rozario), twice, on his inside, between the 400 Metres and the 150 Metres of the Race.

An enquiry is being held into the vastly improved performance of JABBAR, trained by Mr. Bobby M and ridden by Jockey Saqlain S, the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 2 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2022, i.e., The Somanathpur Plate – (About) 1200 for horses rated 00 to 25, run on First Day, 25th August, 2022, when ridden by Jockey Shamaz Shareef, it ran unplaced.

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch h JABBAR.

It was observed that the girth on COUNTRY’S DELIGHT (L. Alex Rozario) snapped in the paddock. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in unserviceable condition, the girth was replaced and the horse was re-saddled, before it left the Paddock. However, Jockey L Alex Rozario was fined Rs.2,000/- for using an unserviceable equipment and also Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the saddling of his charge.

Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of COUNTRY’S DELIGHT, was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/- for wearing a Body Protector of a pattern, which is not approved by the Stewards. However, he was made to wear a Body Protector of a pattern approved by the Stewards and was made to “Weigh Out” again, before he remounted on COUNTRY’S DELIGHT and left the Paddock. He was cautioned by the Stipendiary Stewards to wear only approved Body Protectors and that a similar manner of offence by him in future, would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

COUNTRY’S PRINCE (S Hussain) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ and caused interference to FELICITA (S Antony Raj) on his inside, soon after start. 

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of TWIN FLAME reported that his mount was hanging `out’ after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

At the behest of the Stewards, an enquiry was held into the Start of the Race with particular reference to the removal of the Blind Folds on FELICITA (S Antony Raj – Drawn 7). The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Starters, Mr. K S Shanmukha Swamy and Mr. Kiran M. They also examined the rider of FELICITA, Jockey S Antony Raj. After repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Start of the Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided not to alter the Judges’ Placings.
 
Jockey S Hussain, the rider of COUNTRY’S PRINCE reported that his mount was not grabbing the bit; the horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the Race that COUNTRY’S DELIGHT (L Alex Rozario) burst its blood vessels during the Race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw D JANI on veterinary grounds, as it suffered from EIPH during Morning Track work. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney to withdraw DOUGLAS (Akshay Kumar) on veterinary grounds, as it was lame on left hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

IMPERIUS (K Sai Kiran) dropped the rider and bolted on its way to starting gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn, before coming under the Starter’s Orders. 

Jockey B Darshan Anthony, the rider of ACHOOK, reported that his saddle on his mount shifted back soon after the start, whereby, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount thereafter; After due examination of the equipment after the Race, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji to withdraw UNYIELDING (Arul JH), as it was not co-operative and refused to be loaded to the float for travel to Mysuru.

POWER OF THEA (Akash Agarwal) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ and swerved to the outer sand track and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on Race Days on the race track.

Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of LEAP OF FAITH was fined Rs.1,000/- for  shifting `in’ and causing interference to GINTOKI (B Darshan Anthony) on his inside, passing the 900 Metres.

It was observed that the ELUSIVE GIRL (Saqlain S) was hanging `out’  after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b m ELUSIVE GIRL.

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of PRIME ABBESS was fined Rs.1,000/- for  shifting `out’ and causing interference to O HANSINI (Y S Srinath) on his outside, soon after the start. 

Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of VICTORIA PUNCH was fined Rs.3,000/- for  shifting `out’ and causing interferences to the horses on his outside, viz., GALLERY QUEEN (Hindu Singh), passing 400 Metres and thereafter to MIRRA (Akshay Kumar), passing 150 Metres, in the above Race.

It was observed that NOTORIETY (B Darshan Anthony) did not get a clear run between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.

MORGANITE (Afsar Khan) reared up and got cast inside the Gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SIR CALCULUS was fined Rs.1,000/- for  shifting `in’ and causing interference to VALKYRIE (B Darshan Anthony) on his inside, passing the 200 Metres.
