Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of LAKE LOUISE reported that his mount was hanging out badly despite his best efforts to keep it on an even course after rounding the final bend thereby shifting out and inconveniencing the horses on his outside viz. MIND GAMES (Angad) and COSMIC TOUCH (A Ashad Asbar) passing the 400 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and examination of the mouth revealed sharp molars. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence.

It was observed that PARK WEST (R N Darshan) drifted out alarmingly in the final 200 Metres of the race despite the best efforts of the Jockey to keep it on an even course and finished the race on the outer portion of the grass track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was advised to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

SARVOTTAM (Md Imran Ashraf) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav (deputizing for Trainer Mr. Rakesh) was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. 

Jockey Ankit Pal, the rider of NATURAL TORNADO was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing AGAINST ALL ODDS (Vinod Shinde) on his outside passing the 750 Metres.    

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of COPPER SUNRISE reported that he accidentally lost his whip approaching the final 150 Metres. 

Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of THE GOLDEN SUNRISE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of SARVOTTAM, trained by Mr. Rakesh (deputized by Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav) and ridden by Jockey Md Imran Ashraf in the above race. 

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of NATURAL TORNADO, trained by Mr. Vinesh V Naik and ridden by Jockey Ankit Pal in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 23 of the Mysore Winter Races 2024-25, i.e The Lalbagh Plate (About) 1100 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over run on Fourth Day, Wednesday, 4th December, 2024 when ridden by the same Jockey it ran unplaced. 

It was reported after the race that COPPER SUNRISE (P Kiran Rai) pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. S Ramesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
    
NATURAL TORNADO (Ankit Pal) sustained bleeding cut inside left hock. 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NATURAL TORNADO.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S to withdraw THE ARTERY (Ajeet Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to inflammation of hock joint. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of ELEVADO, trained by Mr. Bipin V Salvi and ridden by Jockey Abhishek Mhatre in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 3 of the Mysore Winter Races 2024-25, i.e The B R Hills Plate – Div II (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on First Day, Wednesday, 13th November, 2024 when ridden by Jockey M Chandrashekar it ran unplaced.

RUMOUR LADY (Akash Agarwal) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of AARADHANA accidentally lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the race. 

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was held immediately after the race, in particular reference to the severe interference caused by Jockey Ankit Pal, the rider of STREET SENSE to the horses on his inside viz. CELERIO (Ajeet Kumar), KALASHNIKOV (M Rajesh Kumar), AARADHANA (Salman Khan) and MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai), before passing the red marker post. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and viewed the start of the race and examined the Jockeys concerned i.e., Ankit Pal, Ajeet Kumar, M Rajesh Kumar, Salman Khan and P Kiran Rai. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and after due deliberations and detailed discussions, acting on their own observations of the race, the Stewards decided to disqualify STREET SENSE (Ankit pal) from the above race and revised the order of placings as under:

II    AARADHANA 
III    FASHIONISTA 
IV    JUST BLUES 
V    MICHELLE PRIDE

It was reported after the race that RUMOUR LADY (Akash Agarwal) apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race. 

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Ankit Pal, the rider of STREET SENSE to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 340 for Dangerous riding, breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing, in that, as the rider of STREET SENSE “he came in dangerously and caused very severe interference to the horses on his inside viz. CELERIO (Ajeet Kumar), KALASHNIKOV (M Rajesh Kumar), AARADHANA (Salman Khan) amd MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai) as such Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of AARADHANA and Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of MICHELLE PRIDE were momentarily unbalance and almost thrown off their saddle before passing the red marker post”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last race and examined Jockey Ankit Pal and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided as follows;

a)    To suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey Ankit Pal for four Race days i.e., 8-1-2025, 15-1-2025, 22-1-2025 and 29-1-2025, respectively, for “Dangerous Riding” [breach of Rule No.161 (i) of the MyRC Rules of Racing] on his mount STREET SENSE, in the above race;

b)    Jockey Ankit Pal was informed that he was permitted to ride work and was also informed of his right to appeal.

SOUND OF CANNONS (S Imran) was extremely fractious inside the gates whereby the saddle shifted backwards. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.

Jockey MadhuSudhan S, the rider of COURT JESTER was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside whichinturnshifted in and brushed the false rails approaching 1000 Metres.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of THE FLYING FEET reported that his mount was hanging out badly in the final 250 Metres of the race despite his best efforts to keep it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was observed that Jockey Angad, the rider of SEOLFOR BULLET accidentally struck the whip of Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SPECTACULARwhereby the latter lost his whippassing the final 150 Metres.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of SILVER SPRING, trained by Mr. Vinesh V Naik and ridden by Jockey Ankit Pal in the above race.

NEVERSHOW WEAKNESS (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobbywas informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. 

SHE’S UNSTOPPABLE (A Ayaz Khan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav (deputizing on behal of Trainer Mr. Rakesh) was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. 

Jockey Faiz, the rider of CLOUDY HILLS was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing PERFECT EMPRESS (Angad) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the ride of ROADRUNNER accidentally lost his whip in the final 50 Metres of the race. 

Jockey Shrikant Kamble, the rider of COUNTRY’S LIGHT was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge COUNTRY’S FIRE in the above race (1st Infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis form the winner b h FIRST IMPRESSION.

Jockey J Paswan, the rider of O MANCHALI was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. 

It was observed that DABEET (Siddaraju P) accidentally stumbled passing the 500 Metres. 

It was reported after the race that ABSOLUTE CONQUERER (R Shiva Kumar) apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.
