It was observed that FLYING FALCON (Rajesh K) drifted out after passing the final 300 Metres and raced on the centre of the grass track. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

As Jockey S Imran, the declared rider of ARMAMENT was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey S K Paswan to ride ARMAMENT in place of the declared rider.

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of WORDLY WISE, trained by Mr. G T Surender and ridden by Jockey J Paswan, the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 28, i.e The Crown Treasure Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over run on Fourth Day, Wednesday, 4th December, 2024 when ridden by Jockey S Imran it ran unplaced.

Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of CONFIDENT GAME was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing SEA THE SUN (Saqlain S) on his outside in the final 25 Metres of the race.

It was reported after the race that PRINCE COROPRATE (P Ajeet Kumar) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of FERRETTI reported that his saddle shifted back after entering the straight. After due examination of the saddle after the race which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

It was observed that Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of AABUSHAN momentarily lost his reins in the final 100 Metres of the race which he regained in a few strides.

Jockey S K Paswan replaced the indisposed Jockey S Imran on RUN HAPPY RUN.

Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.2,000/- for sporting Red Hood on his charge D LORD in the above race for which prior permission had not been obtained.

 Subsequently it was removed from the horse before it left the paddock.
