As Jockey P Ajeeth Kumar, the declared rider of ALLURING BEAUTY could not arrive on time to fulfil his riding engagement, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey C Umesh to ride ALLURING BEAUTY in place of the declared rider.
 
QUEEN OF COMEBAKS (Md Imran Ashraf) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.

It was observed by the Starter that when the start of the race was affected, Stall no. 1 where GENTLEMAN’S WORD [Shyam Kumar(CHE)] was loaded, opened late. The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry with particular reference to the Start of the race and examined the Starters Mr. Kiran M and Mr. Shanmukha Swamy K S and sought an explanation. They also examined Jockey Shyam Kumar (CHE) and noted his explanation. The Starters reported that just as the start was affected, Stall No. 1 malfunctioned and opened a fraction of a second late. The Jockey corroborated the statement of the Starters. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the Start of the above race, and after due enquiry and a detailed discussion, the Stewards, exercising their rights as per Rule No. 31 (a) of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., Rules of Racing, decided to declare GENTLEMAN’S WORD [Shyam Kumar(CHE)] a non-starter and as per the said Rule, decided to refund the bets placed with the Bookmaker’s as also all the bets placed with the Totalizator Pools pertaining to the horse GENTLEMAN’S WORD [Shyam Kumar (CHE)], in the above Race.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of PETTE’S CHOICE, trained by Mr. Vishal Yadav and ridden by Jockey Prabhu Kumar M in the above race.

It was reported after the race that SUPER SEXY (Pavan) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses R was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that GEMINI (J Chinoy) accidentally brushed the running rails approaching the 1000 Metres. 

Jockey J Chinoy, the rider of GEMINI was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to WALTER (R N Darshan) on his outside which in turn passed it onto DOUBLE VISION (Pavan) on its outside and which was travelling directly behind the latter rounding the final bend.

WALTER (R N Darshan) sustained injury inside left hind cannon.

SUPERNAL (S Antony Raj) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of SADA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SUPERNAL (S Antony Raj) on his inside passing the 1100 Metres.

It was observed that SUPERNAL (S Antony Raj) raced keenly between the 1000 Metres and 600 Metres.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of SADA reported that his mount was hanging out badly despite his best efforts to keep it on an even course after entering the straight as such he shifted out and took out THE ONE AND ONLY (Akshay Kumar) on his outside between the 400 Metres and 250 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Pillay J S was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

SILVER QUEST (H Rahul) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. 

An enquiry is being held into the excessive use of the whip by Jockey Vinod Shinde on his mount JADE MOUNTAIN in the above race (3rd Infringement).

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of KLIMT was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd Infringement).

Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) by the Stewards for having accepted and declared his charge AUSPICIOUS QUEEN (Angad) to run in the above Race without obtaining a valid Coggins certificate. Subsequently it was withdrawn from the above Race.
 
It was observed that Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of CONFIDENT GAME, had to steady his mount to avoid clipping the front runner FORSETI (Akshay Kumar) passing the 800 Metres.

As Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the declared rider of MONTEVERDI was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vijay Singh to substitute Jockey Hindu Singh to ride MONTEVERDI in place of the declared rider.

He was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with again.

Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of ANIGRAHA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SOUND OF CANNON’S (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his inside, approaching the 350 Metres.

It was reported after the race that YUKIKAZE (P Ajeeth Kumar) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

KINGSLAND (Gagandeep Mann) was extremely fractious in the saddling enclosure whereby it got loose and bolted back to the stables. Under the circumstances it was permitted to the withdrawn.
 
GOLDEN STRIDE (Shyam Kumar [CHE]) was extremely fractious on the way to the starting gates whereby the rider was injured. Under the circumstances it was permitted to the withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders.
