An enquiry has been opened into the running of DOMINANT ridden by Jockey A M Alam and trained by Mr.Fahad Khan, who was deputised by Trainer Mr.M.M.Uthiah at both Trainer''s risk and liability.

LADY BLAZER (K V Baskar) dropped back after negotiating the market bend and ran detached thereafter.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Fazal-Ul-Rehman to deputize on behalf of Trainer Mr.Akbar Malick for ASIAN WARRIOR (P.Koushik) at both Trainer''s risk and liability.

BOHEMIAN GRANDEUR (Nakhat Singh) was slow to start losing about 2 to 3 lengths WHISTLE PODU (Kuldeep Singh) had to be checked on two occasions on entering the straight due to SOVEREIGN POWER (Rajendra Singh) shifting out under pressure and BOHEMIAN GRANDEUR (Nakhat Singh) travelling on the outside, tightening WHISTLE PODU (Kuldeep Singh). Advised gate pratice.

Trainer Mr.R.Foley and Jockey Rajendra Singh were questioned regarding the running and riding of SOVEREIGN POWER and the comparative performance of the filly as compared to Race no.24 run on 24th April 2021 where the filly had run 8th out of 10 horses. Jockey stated that he had hit the front as instructed but could not control his mount till passing the 750 metres as such he took a lead of about 3 lengths and thereafter his mount was hanging out under pressure entering the straight. Trainer when questioned with respect to the comparative performance stated that his charge had improved after its first run and that he was satisfied with the manner of riding of the jockey. Both Jockey Rajendra Singh, the rider of SOVEREIGN POWER and Trainer Mr. R.Foley were severely cautioned, Jockey for taking a considerable lead whereby his mount got tired in the final stages of the race and trainer for inconsistent running of his charge over a short period of time.

Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of GLORIOUS SYMPHONY was cautioned for shifting in negotiating the market bend inconveniencing QUEEN OF FAME (Shahar Babu). GLORIOUS SYMPHONY (Nikhil Naidu) was observed to drop back entering the straight and was asked to be examined by the Club''s Veterinary Officer who reported that the filly was found to have ILH gr-2 on endoscopic examination after the race.

 The Club''s Veterinary Officer reported that STARLIGHT (G Manikandan) sustained superficial injury of gum during the race.

 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Saddam Iqbal to declare Jockey B.R.Kumar in place of Jockey P.K.Gaddam on BRANKA who was indisposed and therefore could not fulfil his riding engagement.

 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.B.Suresh to declare Jockey Koshi Kumar in place of Jockey Iltaf Hussain on BREAKING BOUNDS who was unavailable due to reasons beyond his control and therefore could not fulfil his riding engagement.

An objection lodged by Apprentice Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of BREAKING BOUNDS placed second by the Judge against Jockey Nakhat Singh, the rider of PRICELESS RULER the winner of the race for "coming in at the 200 metres taking my ground due to which i had to check my mount and come on the outside for which i lost a certain race" was heard by the Stewards. The Stewards viewed the CCTV replay of the race multiple times and after questioning both jockeys resolved to overrule the objection and the Judges places remained unaltered.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.M.M.Uthaiah to deputize on behalf of Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan for EXCELLENT PHOENIX (P.Koushik) at both Trainer''s risk and liability.

STORM FLAG (A Imran Khan) lacked initial speed and had to be ridden out in the initial stages of the race and was asked to be examined by the Club''s Veterinary Officer who reported that the mare was suffering from sore back. Trainer Mr. Saddam Iqbal was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club''s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.B.Suresh to declare Jockey Koshi Kumar in place of Jockey Iltaf Hussain on EMISSARY (Koshi Kumar)  who was unavailable due to reasons beyond his control and therefore could not fulfil his riding engagement.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.M.M.Uthaiah to deputize on behalf of Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan for OSCARS THUNDER (A M Alam) at both Trainer''s risk and liability.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh, the rider of WISE DON was fined a sum of Rs.1000/- for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.
 Jockey Nakhat Singh, the rider of QUEEN OF GIBRALTAR was cautioned for negotiating the market bend wide when there was sufficient room towards his inside, further FAREWELL (A Imran Khan) was observed to get keen while negotiating the market bend despite jockey''s efforts and shifted out bumping and forcing out QUEEN OF GIBRALTAR (Nakhat Singh).

Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of GLORIOUS SUNLIGHT reported that his whip got entangled with the breast plate and in trying to free his whip he momentarily lost his reigns entering the straight.

Jockey P.Koushik replaced the indisposed P.K.Gaddam on GOD''S WISH.

PLATINI (Shahar Babu) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from Anorexia. Trainer Mr.Ramanathan R was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club''s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
