Mysore Race Club published their READY RECKONER OF WEIGHTS on their website,  That ready reckoner is a replica of BTC "Ready Reckoner of Weights', wherein CLASSES are differentiated with RATINGs and WEIGHTS.  As per this chart, Races are classified for horses rated from 0 to 20 Class V, 15 to 35 Class IV, 30 to 50 Class III, 45 to 65 Class II, 60 & Above for Class I.

I DONT KNOW WHEN MYSORE RACE CLUB changed their classification of races and why they have not updated this on their website ? 

Presently races are conducted as per following categories:

Class-V for horses rated 0 to 25, Class-IV 20 to 45, Class-III 40  to 65,  Class II & I  60 and above.

CAN SOME HORSE TALKERS tell me from which date these changes effected ?
