its sad to hear that War Hammer is unsound at the moment. That leaves the Derby wide open. Impravid is a ?? On staying. Hunt is a 1200 to 1400 horse. Stock is overrated. Missing You doesnt have the class. Well connected has proved that shes good but lacks experience. Anjees was not right the morning before her last race. That leaves the Derby wide open. Paddy might pull out a miracle.

Mr Appana.. I was upset when heard about War Hammer problem. But knowing Pattu (Prasanna). He will sort out.. He has been waiting for this for a long time.. His hard work will not go in vain. When he can make ARCHIBALADO  win in three legs... I m sure he will pull out one.... WAR HAMMER ALL THE WAY.... Probably when you meet he can narrate about ARCHIBALADO... BEST WISHES

With  Nine  Carat  and  Ilheus -sire  of  many  great  stayers, in  Damline , War  Hammer will  find  no  problem  in  winning  the  regional  Derbies. Brought  to  peak  in  winter he  may  prove a  live  contender  for  Indian  classics...

Fans of football in general will agree that Leicester City winning the English league is more thrilling and inspiring than say Man city or Chelsea winning the league.

In horse racing, it is heart warming to see the connections of War Hammer win. I will put similar passionate owners like Dr Devlaiwala, Mr. K Vachha, Dr Chintamaneni, Mr. AdityaThakersey, Mr. R Mondal etc. in that same bracket. Their success will surely inspire small owners that spending big money is not the only way to win in this game.

I hope War Hammer recovers fast and after his Hyderabad campaign, would love him to win the Pune derby, which his trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar almost won last year.

I think Pesi is targeting her for winter classics, she may run in Mystical Million (which is a mile that and that distance is best starting for this Jacqueline's daughter)

More will be heard from her in upcoming winter classics.

It's unlikely War Hammer will be running the Bangalore Derby.  It has a slight niggle...for us the horse comes first.  We feel it's better for WH to run when it's fully fit.

Moreover, all of us, the owners, are involved in BTC & MyRC, in looking at the tote odds we see the faith punters have in our horse.  We think, inspite of the sore shin, WH can be on board for the derby...but that is not the ethical thing to do.  

Once again thank you all...we will be back either in Hyderabad or my turf, Mysore, when this truly Indian horse (check the dam line... it's Indian all the way), with no pedigree, no staying power who wakes up only in the end is fully fit.

This is just a mock race for Wizard of Stocks. Watch out for him in the Derby.

WH needs to face Anjeze, Heart of Gold, Wizard of Stocks, Impavid, Mystic bay, Thailand and few more in the Derby to come, which is going to be stiff and tough company, few of the above horse's have hidden fuel to tackle the 2K stripe and awaiting to be tried. 

Well Connected will be the horse to watch for the Derby with paddys luck in Derby she get more bright chance 

Don't think will War Hammer will stay the Derby distance

But the horse to watch for the future is GIFT OF GRACE what a wonderful filly but I feel trainer should give her time to come on her own and should push for summer classic in winter she will conquer INDIA g

As of date, 'War Hammer' seems frontline leader for Derby. The Colts' running was brilliant and just showed how nice the animal reacts when alerted. He can go the extra 400 m very well. 

Forget WAR HAMMER  for the Derby. A good miler when faced with poor opposition.

War Hammer may b difficult to sustain 11/4 mile run, my observation.

War Hammer has only a small part of burst almost at the end of the Race. Cant understand the reason for not trying Wizard of Stocks.

However, keep a watch on Pesi Shroffs WS from now on. It will hack the field.
