@ Turf record's , Friend I am not a die hard punter, but continues till after 26 years. Selecting with merit allowed me to stay till day. I am very sure that I am investing ( not playing..hate to say so) my own hard earned money. If I am not finding a chance will spend that money on drink's and food. It is also an entertainment. It is so happy after patiently waiting for a broken horse to recover and hit money. I never missed a bet on Lion Heart , the once broken horse brilliantly repaired by Sharath Kumar.

    If you have been in racing for long, you lean some lessons. One of the first of them is that no theory works each and every time. Consigliori proved that. He led all the way and was never caught, much to the discomfort of people who claim that a finisher will always rein in a front runner over a distance of ground. 

Madmax, Kunigal bred horses perform better in soft going. With superior bloodline Consigliori done it.Some day speed, may fail at connections and tactics..

Anupam Sharma was still under suspension, he may back by winter season.One trainer from Calcutta also moving to Hyderabad.

Does anyone know where is the former Hyderabad champion trainer Anupam Sharma? 

Is he serving his suspension or retired from his profession. 

Any insights are much appreciated.

My two bets were Galloping Gangster (4th race)  and Havelock Cruise in the 5th race.

Why Havelock Cruise ?  As you said Consiglori has the best timings yesterday over 1600 and HAVELOCK CRUISE finished 1-3/4 lengths behind Consiglori and HC could not match strides with Premier Action the eventual winner, who beaten Born Greek earlier.  That is the reason I did not watch Derby also and left immediately after 5th race.  Complete made up race yesterday
