After lifting lockdown & government gives permission to conduct races Evey club should put FULL BODY SANITIZATION MACHINE before entry tickets counters from this machine in 1hour 200/300 persons can be sanitizer, it is very useful to everyone & operating also easy it's my thinking lets see how many will support obey & support for this system.

if there is election, will politician go alone and ask for vote or for election meetings will they ask for crowd  paid crowd  to come at the venue all by themselves.  Social distancing will neven happen and will be forgotten after some time.

,in markets it is available in all types & purpose..for control crowd...why eveybody need spoon feeding?..there will be no prblm for social dist.thats simple

Have any clubs ever closed  because of few peoples are  smoking.

smoking is health problem not health crisis..

I have Same concern about railways, schools,bus stations,mall,theater if they start,why not club?

Govt will only granted  permission on social distancing norms.

& anyone failed to not take appropriated steps in that regards may cancel their permission. it will equally apply for every business(small  or big)

(Specially  after Gst our clubs are not interested in that place to get more fun from govt).

You have seen in Tv, when the meat and fish for sale in Mandya town of Mysuru state the people forgot about every norm of Lockdown-1. The same thing happens at bookies counter and tote counters - Fish market.

There are two things the goverment can do is,

1. Change the betting pattern with Bookies (with 10% to 15% tax) and winner has to pay the tax - Example -  you bet ?1000/- (No tax )with bookie, if you win you will be paying the tax for the win amount, if you lose bookie will pay the tax from ?1000/-2

2. On line betting for these 1. Develop a APP 2. Rigister on line with all your details ( Bank with which your phone is linked) and provide a rigistration number. If you win the amount credited to your account from which you have placed betting. 3. Make it ALL INDIA tote. 4. Provide format for betting different pools (This will be easy to fill up).

Smoking - It is difficult to control because if the person lose or gain he/ she smokes. some persons smokes in the area provided by Race course. Two things can stop smoking 

1. Quit smoking 2. Do not manufacture cigerate (Which goverment is not interested because of income where tax is almost 10 times the mfg. cost).

If a person quits smoking, the urge will be there for NINE years in this time any weak moment he ma start smoking.

I started smoking 12.12.1965 and quit smoking on 3.3.2003 with great difficulty (In the end I was smoking 4 Packs Of CHARMS per day.

During a race is it possible for jockeys to maintain social distancing? If a jockey goes to the front then will it the other jockeys keep a 3 feet distance and only go behind him? There are sevveral races where jockeys, horces come into close contact with each other.

Forget about social distancing. 

First let the race clubs strictly enforce no smoking and no spitting. .properly. and punish the trainer's and owners indulging in malpractice by not allowing their wards on true merit. 

These clubs are law unto themselves. They are incapable of following government rules or any rule for that matter. 

At every nook and corner there is an illegal bookie and they carry on their wares without fear .Enter the bookies ring and bookies openly accept bets at half tax and write cards in codes. 

"Social Distancing?  " -- the clubs will simply laugh at the idea !

Friends ..these days you are facing lockdown ,after it is lifted you will need social distancing from the racing virus altogether.

Racing will not happen for the next few months.

Its only one option to start race in india.  All centers to do start online bet. Only jockey's are allowed in race course.

One race day may have only four races per day. 

So that the interval will be one and half hour between the races. There by totl time of race will be 5and1/2 to 6 hrs. 

Payment in one line and betting in another line

So it is possible to keep social distance and run the races. 

Every individual should keep sanitizer and mask on their own. Then only they will be allowed inside the coarse. 

online betting and  all india tote is the better solution  it may take years to control corona virus

On paper it's ok but implementation is not possible bro I will give one example after you entering to the club one announcement will be heard SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH DON'T SMOKE IN PUBLIC PLACES please SMOKE in smoking zones only this is Govt order, how much  care taking  by clubs we several times complained about this matter to departments in Members enclosures everyone freely smokes on their seats itself so many times we quarelled we d smokers but club is not taking any action on this & we are become victims, smokers are treating us enemies, in first enclosure there is no control &;restrictions, these simple things are unable to do then how can they do all these things which were mentioned by you it's my question to you, I am expecting a answer from you IRON MAN bro.

 As rightly said the word is ""Social Distancing''   not possible  in any race course. No state govt will than permit   racing.

BNG  season is a washout so will be HYD july aug. Pune is under lock down that takes us to SEP ,totally dependent on COVID  cases   reducing in a big way.  So keep writing  till than.

I dont know when will the goverment accept the truth is that"We need to develop habits to deal & live with covid-19..forget the vaccines..in that case only clubs will soon run like other industries on the following points & restrictions

1)avoid mass gathering (so to limit the crowd club can set high Price on gate tickets.)

2)maintain social distancing (it is very easy within private clubs..simply like sanitise clubs entry ,Restriction on age,mark betting lines in front of stall,(bookmarks should appoint their personal boy to maintain social distance between those betting lines),bookies should give card swapping facility & online payment.

if possible ,cut some stall fees so bookies will runs their operations & it would help for more betting access for public.(same thing for tote)

remove seating arregment or change with 1 meter gap & distance,

Close public drinking water facilities,(only bottle water)& also close bathrooms.

Put strict surveillance on public by cctvs.& Fine them who ignore,infringe,misbehave with this guidelines

Install few outside tote facilities for those who not able to enter the racecourse,  

& If possible  conduct limited race(not 8-9),

3)Compulsion of wearing facemasks & thermal screening.(

Unless and untilCorona is completely wiped out it is not advisable to hold any meeting under the pretext of maintaining ocial distance.

Social distance is only eye wash created just to maintain awareness among the public about the seriouness about Corona.

Until and unless covid19 preventive/curable vaccine/medicine (efficacious) is available in market it is very difficult for all race club to conduct races.

I doubt even the governments permission for it.
