Hi,

Surviving itself at this juncture is simply great. Trainers are not sending horses to race as ready to race condition. They required time to educate , train, finding suitable distance, suitable coarse, , suitable jockey and more over suitable odds to strike with .It is a game of skill which pay with patience. 

Some trainers may take more than 2 years to mold a winner. In my memory the biggest gap from winning is by late K.Lingesh, in his last training days almost 2 years taken for his last winner. 

And all trainers are not fully engaged in racing only, some may have family business to run with. 

Nirad Karanjiwalla came back after long suspension and his old big owners are not shown any interest to associate back. Altamash hit at any of the centres as he possess high quality horses in his stable. 

Ivor Fernandez is a different personal who wait long to hit longer odds. 

Hoshyar Daji is playing second fiddle to big stables

In fact more trainers in all other centre too.may be they may have other interests to survive.
