The Queen Latifa cased filed by the CID came up for hearing in the ACCM Court on Monday. Following objections by the Public Prosecutor the case has been adjourned to Saturday, July 21. The objection raised by the Public Prosecutor pertained to the non-inclusion of all the Owners/Partners in the said horse as only one Owner/Partner had been named in the Charge Sheet. Accordingly the Hon’ble Judge directed that summons should be issued to all the Owners/Partners
