Viral fever has now hit the Delhi race course after affecting the western Indian horses stationed at the Pune race course. More than 100 horses are under the grip of mysterious fever. The Delhi Race Club has already taken precautions by diagnosing the horses. Most of the trainers have put their horses on rest. And the affect of it was seen on Saturday, when only two horses appeared for slow work during the morning track session. Meanwhile, owing to paucity of entries, the stewards of the Delhi Race Club have decided to cancel the races scheduled for October 27.
