In The Spotlight
On her arrival in Dubai she was lonely as she is confined to a quarantine area of a few acres all by herself. She has slowly familiarized herself and is now happy and strutting about. Looking well and doing well!
She has been scheduled to workout at 4am every morning with jockey Appu astride and has had 3 pieces of workout already. Declarations are scheduled to be announced on Tuesday the 15th of January at 9 am.
She is all set now to race on Thursday the 17th of January evening hours in a 2400 Meters Turf Race for horses with an International Rating of 95-105. Top weight 60 kgs. She is likely to be handicapped 57/58 as she is rated a 102.
Ryan Moore will be spurting her on Tuesday the 15th as a final lung opener and would be riding her in her debut race in Dubai on 17th January.
All possibilities are being explored to arrange a live telecast in India on the 4 most important race days i.e. 17th January, 2nd March, 8th March and 30th March. 8th March being Super Saturday and 30th March being the World Cup Day.
Let us all pray that our National Flag too is hoisted in Dubai at Meydan this racing season.
