Three runners and all three winners. Sulaiman Attaollahi hit the bulls eye and all credit to the hard working trainer, who was not enjoying the rub of the green in winter. The grand treble will provide a shot in-the-arm for the leading trainer who consistently obtains good result from the stock under his care. It was not that Sulaiman was down and slipping down the ladder. He led in a fair share of winners. But it was a hit and miss affair which dented his impressive strike rate, Now with the three big strikes and 100 percent result on Friday, Sulaiman is back, all guns blazing on the high road.

The lesser fancied Il Volo, who had thrice failed to justify favouritism from his last five starts including the two below par efforts at the Blue Mountains shed his maiden status in style, winning the opening event, the lower division of the Udhagamandalam Plate in a common canter.  The fact that Il Volo won the Udhagamandalam Plate must have brought the smile back on the face of Sulaiman, taking into account that it was at this centre that Il Volo blotted his book. Now that Il Volo has turned a new leaf he is tipped to score again next time out. Live In The Mist from Prasanna Kumar's yard followed the winner home ahead of the strongly fancied debutant Only Dreams from Vijay Singh's yard.

The upper division of the event was claimed by Sulaiman's second winner Don Carlos who donkey-licked his nine rivals in the hands of leading pro Akshay Kumar. On the strength of his satisfactory debut, second behind  Puranjaya on the opening day, Don Carlos was a cinch in this moderate set and the winner sailed home without raising a sweat. Iron King finished second ahead of Continues, while Complete Package from Arjun Manglorkar's stable completed the frame.

The talented West Brook helped Sulaiman register the treble winning the Sir M Visveswaraya Memorial Trophy in gutsy fashion  from the favourite Madam Rich from Prithviraj's yard. The public choice who ran the classy Jamari close in classics appeared a trifle gross at the paddock and the five kilo weight advantage West Brook enjoyed tilted the scales in favour of the winner piloted in sublime fashion by Akshay Kumar. Splendido finished third ahead of Sierra Dela Plata, while Auspicious Queen,it is clear has gone off the boil.

The eight to one shot Crosswater from Arjun Manglorkar's yard confidently piloted by Antony Raj made every post a winning one in the SG Madhukar Memorial Trophy, the principal added attraction run over a distance of seven furlongs. Super Marvella from Neil Devaney's yard  garnered the maximum support, but failed in her attempt to match strides with the winner, who hung on gamely to score from King's Battalion.and the second favourite Bharat. King's Battalion's effort giving weight allround was noteworthy and it will not be long before this Fahad Khan trainee earns his winning bracket. 

A smart last start winner, Bourbonaire from Satish Narredu's yard produced another stellar effort to record his second straight success, reigning supreme in the Elite Force Plate run over a sprint. The overwhelming favourite was partnered in copybook fashion by Suraj Narredu and on the strength of this performance, the in-form Bourbonaire is in line to record a hat-trick of wins, when saddled next. Baltimoire surprised most gaining the runner-up spot from Red Falcon, who was seen finishing on fastest at end after gracing the wrong end of the field for most part of the six furlongs trip. 

Star Admiral from Aravind Ganapathy's yard, it is learnt injured his knee during saddling and was withdrawn in the concluding event, the Star Contender Plate run over a distance of six furlongs. The Athabasca from Warrern Singh's yard who made a fine impression while winning his last start was fancied most and the Warren ward again produced a fine effort to the delight of his supporters,outclassing his eight rivals in effortless style. The top weighted Southern Force followed the winner home ahead of Lauterbrunnen. Peridot from Irfan Ghatala's yard was given an easy ride by BR Kumar despite which the mare finished a creditable fifth and it will pay to support her when saddled next. 

The well fancied Cat Whiskers proved too good in the Aureole Time Plate, providing jockey Sandesh an arm-chair ride to success. The winner with a run under his belt in the higher class looked head and shoulders above his eight rivals in the lowest class and  readily produced a fine effort to the delight of his trainer Aravind Ganapathy. Now that the winner has broken ice, the `Cat ' is set to add to his kitty in the month ahead. Sunlit Path gained the runner-up berth edging out Friya, while Alacero completed the frame.
