Racing Incidents
OVER THE LIMIT (I Chisty) sat down on its haunches in the starting stall, in the process the bridle used on the gelding came off and the saddle slipped. The gelding was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of OVER THE LIMIT has been revoked by the Starter. SECRET WISH (C Ruzaan) and CUPID’S RAY (S Paswan) were slow off losing about two and four lengths respectively. CHAMPION CRUSADER (P Kujur) was slow off losing about five lengths and thereafter refused to raise a race gallop despite the rider’s efforts. The Manager – Veterinary Services has been requested to examine CHAMPION CRUSADER and submit his report.
