Racing Incidents
FANTASTIC FLAME (K. Raja Rao) was examined at the gates and was observed to be trotting short on both fore. Under the circumstances the horse was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SPLENDID POWER, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar and Jockey M.
