Racing Incidents
Trainer Mansoor Shah has been fined Rs.1000/- for bringing his charge WAFADAR with the tongue strap for which no prior permission was sought for. As such, the tongue strap was removed and the gelding raced without the tongue strap. At the start LAHINCH (Dashrath Singh, dr.2) jumped out awkwardly towards the inside and made contact with SCHNELL (L.Dettori, dr.1). Traveling some distance, AVEC PLAISIR (S.A.DeSousa) was steadied by its rider and in the process shifted out and made contact with NIMBLE FEET (Daniel M.Grant).
