Racing Incidents
IKON BROWN (P Kumar) jumped out awkwardly from the Gates and lost several lengths. GUNMASTER (V R Jagdeesh) struck the frontrunner, THIRD WORLD (A M Tograllu), approaching the 900 Metres and dislodged the rider, as a result of which, ANALIKA (A Ashok Kumar), which was running behind, jumped over the prostrated horse and dislodged its rider. On examination after the race, GUNMASTER (V R Jagdeesh) was observed to have sustained fracture on the right shoulder and subsequently, it was euthanized on humanitarian grounds. YORKER (S Rajesh) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. THIRD WORLD (A M Tograllu) sustained a clip injury on right hock. An enquiry is being held into the excessive use of the whip by Jockey P Krishna on his mount, WELLINGTON, in the above race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b r WELLINGTON.
