Racing Incidents
BRIDGE TOO FAR (Shailesh Shinde) was reluctant to be stalled. Since the gelding had behaved in a similar manner in his previous run this season, Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and to show him to the satisfaction of the Starter in a Mock race, before next accepting to race. Soon after the start MELBA (App.Kishore Kadam) shifted in and hampered the running of KING OF THE RING (App. A. M. Tograllu). App.Kishore Kadam has been fined Rs.1000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. Approaching 200 meters, ADJUSTMENT (L Prashant) shifted in under use of the whip and hampered the running of ALLECTRONA (P Belose). Jockey L Prashant has been fined Rs.2000/- for improper use of the whip. In the final stages of the race, BRIDGE TOO FAR (Shailesh Shinde) was unbalanced and was steadied. MELBA (App. Kishore Kadam) and KING OF THE RING (App. A.M.Tograllu) were inclined to lug out in the straight. Trainers Nana Raghunath and Magansingh P. J
