Change of rider permitted from Jockey R. Laxmikanth to Jockey K. Anil on RUBINELLA. An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of RECAST trained by Mr. M.V. Narayana Rao and ridden by App. A. Ashhad Asbar. Jockey K. Anil (RUBINELLA) fined Rs. 1,000/- for coming in, in the final stages of the race in the process bumping MADHO (B.V. KRISHNAN).Trainer J. Silvester, Deputising for Trainer D. Netto was fined Rs. 1,000/- for using equipment on APPARITOR (N.M. SEQUEIRA) for which prior permission was not obtained.PLAY IT SMART (APP. NITIN SINGH) was trotting short on both fore. Explanation of Jockey K. Suresh (MONOCRHOME) that his mount lost his footing at about 400 metres inspite of his efforts, noted.
