Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. N.A. Ponnappa was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge CINDY GIRL as regards shoeing. Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of TWO TO TANGO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `out` and causing interference to CINDY GIRL (Vijay Kumar) on his outside approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey K. Narasimha, the rider of DESIRE TO DAZZLE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for travelling wide in the straight for no apparent reason. DIFFERENT OPINION (V.R. Jagadeesh) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must pro- duce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
