Trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj was fined Rs.500/- for failing to declare the weight in respect of his charge RARE AND PRECIOUS. Trainer Mr. D. Netto was fined Rs.10,000/- for failing to declare his charge HYPER KINETIC to start for this race after having accepted with it. Jockey Wayne Smith, the rider of ICEBREAKER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting `in` and causing interference to FLAMING ACE (S. Babu) which in turn passed it on to STAR LUXURIOUS (Vinod Shinde) on the inside. RARE AND PRECIOUS (D. Gnaneshwar) sustained a cut injury on right hind tendon.
