As Jockey Aadesh Kumar was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Nosher Cama to substitute Jockey Amyn Merchant to ride GRUEZI in place of Jockey Aadesh Kumar, the declared rider. RUBY QUEEN (M. Narredu) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. K.S.V. Prasad Raju was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
