Racing Incidents
ACTON TOWN (B Gurang) was slow off, losing losing about 4 to 5 lengths. Tr. D M David has been advised to show his charge to the satisfaction of the Starter in a mock race before next accepting with it. GALLANT COMMANDER (V Jaiswal) and ROYAL DAZZLE (Afzal Khan) were slow off losing about 2 and 3 lengths respectively. Jockeys B Gurang and V Jaiswal, the riders of ACTON TOWN and GALLANT COMMANDER, reported loss of whips at about the 400 and 300 metres respectively Jockey S Rabbani, the rider of FOOT TAPPER, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final straight.
