He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veteri- nary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge WHISPER VALLEY as regards shoeing.
