Racing Incidents
CERTAIN SMILE (N Akhtar) and SHINING EXAMPLE (V Jaiswal) were slow off losing about two lengths each. Jockey D K Ashish, the rider of ARRAYAL, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/- for dropping his hands before passing the winning post thereby losing the 3rd position. The jockey was further warned to be more careful in future failing which he would be liable to such action as deemed fit.
