Racing Incidents
WIND FALL (Asghar) was very fractious in the stall, reared up, in the process dislodging Jockey Asghar. The gelding was taken out of the stall, examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer who declared it unfit to race and was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of WIND FALL has been revoked by the Starter and Tr. Jasbir Singh has been advised not to accept with his charge till certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer. GRACIAS SENORITA (App Sameer Khan) was slow off losing about two lengths. WIND FALL (Asghar) was permitted to run in emergency colours ‘ALL BLACK’ as Tr. Jasbir Singh failed to produce the registered colours of the owner. Tr. Jasbir Singh was charged a sum of Rs. 75/- as per the Calendar Notification and also fined a sum of Rs. 250/- for the lapse.
