Racing Incidents
STRIKE IT RICH (P.Belose) was sluggish, losing about a length at the start. At the start, SUPREME ORATOR (C.S.Jodha) tried to drift outwards. Trainer Jayantilal K. Gor has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. Trainer Robert D’Mellow and Jayantilal K Gor have been fined Rs.1000/- each for not informing the use of the Rubber & Chifney bit on their charges SPARROW HAWK and SUPREME ORATOR respectively. The Sr.V.O. reported that RAGS TO RICHES was examined after the race and found to be sound. The filly had a wolf tooth on the right side.
