Racing Incidents
BLUSHING BEAM (D. Patel) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr.S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed that the right fore shoe of FIREZONE (S.A. DeSou- sa) splayed during the race. Jockey D. Patel, the rider of BLUSHING BEAM, was severely repri- manded for repeatedly checking his mount soon after the start for no apparent reason.
