Racing Incidents
Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of BRUNETTA placed fourth by the Judge objected against Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of NOBLE SACRIFICE placed third for "at about 850 Metres NOBLE SACRIFICE came across me very sharply whereby my horse dropped two lengths behind and again just approaching final bend he once again came across and hampered me badly whereby I lost a certain second place". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
