At the request of Trainer Faisal A.Abbas, EAGLE MOUNTAIN was examined on 10/04/2009 at 1145 hours and found to have painful swelling of the left fore tendon, as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and withdrawn on veterinary grounds. At the request of Trainer Narendra Lagad, PALERMO was examined on 08/04/2009 at 1700 hours and found to be unfit to race and withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
