Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi (deputizing on behalf of trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal) to substitute Jockey S. John to ride SEVEN STAR in place of the declared rider. SUDDEN THUNDER (Shobhan Babu) planted and took no practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. SUN DEVICE (S. Chandrashekar) did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track. SPARKING ADVENTURE (Harish) was observed to have lost his right fore shoe. Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of FLIP YOUR DESTINY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not exercising sufficient control on his mount under the use of whip passing the
