Racing Incidents
Explanation of Mr. T. Srinagesh, the Trainer of HARDCCORE (C. RUZAAN) regarding the poor performance of his charge that his instructions were similar in all his starts i.e., to go to the front or sit a close 2nd or 3rd and Jockey C. Ruzaan was unable to carry out his instructions as the gelding had not shown any acceleration inspite of the Jockeys urgings. The Trainer further stated that Jockey C. Ruzaan had reported that HARDCCORE was inclined to shy away from the runners on being subjected to pressure and drop back and the Jockey also opined that the use of Blinkers may improve the behaviour of the horse in future. Trainer T. Srinagesh also stated that he had no reasonable explanation to tender with regard to the geldings poor performance, noted. He was however, cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charge.
