DEVIL’S ADVOCATE (A. IMRAN KHAN) jumped out awkwardly towards outside onto SUGAR DEAL (K. ANIL) taking the latter’s ground. An objection lodged by Jockey R. Rupesh (YOUNG SOLDIER) placed 2nd second against Jockey Ch K Chary (THE KOHINOOR) the winner for “in the last 1 ½ furlong he took my ground and towards the last one furlong he came in sharply causing me to check and I lost a certain race “ was overruled by the Stewards, the Judges placings remaining unaltered.
