Racing Incidents
Trainer Magan Singh and Jockey Ramlal were questioned regarding the poor performance of RISING PRINCESS as compared to its last run in Race. No.129 THE NEW DELHI PLATE, horses rated 20-46 run on 22ND December,2009 when it was placed 2nd . The trainer stated that he could not offer no tangible explanations and he was also surprised at the poor performance of his charge. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Sr. Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality. However, Trainer Mr. Magan Singh was informed not to accept with his charge till he was confident of his charge capable of a better performance.
