Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.500/- for using a tongue strap on his charge STYLISH BAY (K. Chethana) without prior permission. Subsequently tongue strap was removed before the horse left the paddock. Jockey Samuel Fargeat, the rider of DISTINCTLY AHEAD, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 1100 Metres due to the crowding of the field whereby his mount accidentally brushed the false rails passing the 1100 Metres.
