Racing Incidents
As Jockey K.Narender Kumar was certified medically unfit to ride after the 2nd race , hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Ramlal to ride DAZZLING WISE in place of Jockey K.Narender Kumar the declared rider. OPTIMIST (Sameer Khan) was fractious and reluctant to be stalled as such it was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence ofOPTIMIST being declared non starter no deduction on win or place was effected.
