Racing Incidents
MANDIRA (Shailesh Shinde) was fractious while being stalled. SAARAH ALAM (Nirmal Jodha) was slow to begin. Approaching the distance post in a closely bunched field SPECTACULAR STYLE (Paul Mulrennan) clipped the heels of FINFOOT (B Prakash), stumbled and dislodged its jockey. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race into the incident. At the enquiry the Stewards concluded that no blame could be attached to any jockey and the fall of Jockey Paul Mulrennan was found to be accidental, as such, the placing as announced by the Judge remained unaltered.
