Racing Incidents

 

It was reported after the race that MYSTIC DAWN (A,M. Tograllu) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A.M. Tograllu, the rider of MYSTIC DAWN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for arriving at the weighing room not properly attired.

Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of DUCHESS OF YORK, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.
