Jockey N. Rajesh, the rider of MISS MARVELOUS, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 350 Metres.

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of SEQUANA was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to AMAZING COLOUR (P. Mani) on his inside approaching the 100 Metres.

Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of BRAVE AND BOLD, was fined Rs.2,000/- for completely easing his mount in the final 150 Metres of the race for no apparent reason.

Jockey T. Bernard, the rider of MANTHARA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive and improper use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of ATTATURK, was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive and improper use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).

It was reported after the race that MISS MARVELOUS (N. Rajesh) pulled up lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MANTHARA (T. Bernard) sustained a cut injury on right fore cannon.

SEQUANA (A. Ashhad Asbar) sustained a cut injury on left hind and right hind pastern.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g ATTATURK.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey P Mani, the rider of AMAZING COLOUR to the Stewards for contravention of the Calendar Notification under the heading "Use of Whip" on his mount AMAZING COLOUR (3rd infringement) in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Jockey P. Mani. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey P. Mani from 10-8-2011 to 12-8-2011 (both days inclusive) for contravention of the Calendar Notification under the heading "Use of Whip" on his mount AMAZING COLOUR (3rd infringement) in the above race (permitted to ride work).
