            Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle PICASSO (B. PRAKASH) on behalf of Trainer P. Shroff at both Trainers risk and liability.

            Permission was granted to Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas to saddle WAIKATO (VINOD SHINDE) on behalf of Trainer S.S. Attaollahi at both Trainers risk and liability.

            ARABIAN GOLD (RYAN MARSHALL) and VIJAYS CONQUER (GARY CARTER) jumped awkwardly towards outside and inside respectively in the process tightening the runners drawn in between.

            Explanation of Jockey M.A. Gallagher (FOREST REGENT) that his mount raced erratically inspite of his efforts in the process shifted in at about the 1400 metres onto ARABIAN GOLD (BYAN MARSHALL) who in turn shifted in causing a check to   CRISTIANO (A. IMRAN KHAN) on the rails, noted.

            GOLDEN PALACE (CH K CHARY) moved out at about the 400 metres and at the same SNOW BLAZE (NEERAJ RAWAL) moved in fractionally resulting in GOLDEN PALACE clipping the heels of SNOW BLAZE and stumbled, dislodging Jockey Ch K Chary.  Due to the above FOREST REGENT (M.A. GALLAGHER) racing directly behind collided with the fallen horse GOLDEN PALACE in the process  unseating  Jockey M.A. Gallagher  Both Jockeys Ch K Chary and M.A. Gallagher were given immediate medical attention.  As the incident was purely accidental no action beyond noting the incident was taken. Jockey Ch K Chary  has been hospitalized and is under medical observation whilst Jockey M.A. Gallagher escaped unhurt.

            CRISTIANO (A. IMRAN KHAN) returned bleeding from both nostrils after the race.
