As Jockey Suresh Kumar was certified medically unfit to ride, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar to substitute Jockey Naresh Kumar to ride FACINATING MEMORY in place of Jockey Suresh Kumar the declared rider.

FACINATING MEMORY was very fractious refused to be stalled as such it was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence of FACINATING MEMORY being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order no deduction on win or place was effected.

Jockey L.Parashant the rider of FEARLESS TIGER was fined Rs.2000/- for not sufficiently preserving with his mount soon after jumping out the starting gates.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner TAKE A CHANCE in the presence of Trainer Mr. Deepak Kalra and sent for Analytical test.

STARTERS REPORT

FASCINATING MEMORY was fractious, reluctant to be stalled   inspite of all efforts as such was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainers I.S.Parmar was   advised to give more gate practice and to be passed in a mock race.
