Trainer Mr. C D Katrak was fined Rs.10,000/- for failing to declare his  charge, FIREBACK, to start for the above race, after having accepted with it.

FOLKLORE (J H Christopher), after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of FREE STYLER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and tightening I SPECIALIST (P S Chouhan) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres, which was checked by its rider. As a result, AMARETTO (Y S Srinath), which was running behind also had to be checked by its rider and shifted out thereby, taking out MIDTOWN MAGIC (S Zervan) on the far side.

Jockey S Zervan, the rider of MIDTOWN MAGIC, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final 200 Metres of the race.

Jocky S John, the rider of FIELD MARSHAL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for exulting before passing the Winning Post.

I SPECIALIST (P S Chouhan) sustained cut injury above hock.
