Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of CHANDELIER was fined Rs.2000/-  for  the improper behaviour and making celebratory gesture before passing the winning post.

Jockey Iran Ali the rider of CHANDELIER was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of  the whip during the race.(1^st offence during the meeting)

Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of MAUHTARMA was fined Rs.1000/-for shifting out and Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of SPARKLING GOLD was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in thereby went on to  FLIGHT OF FANCY (Chand Mohd) soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby momentarily unbalancing FLIGHT OF FANCY whose rider lost his stirrup iron thereafter he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount.

Trainer Mr.Manbir Singh was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge CHANDELIER as compared to its run on 5^th October,2011  in Race NO.32 THE BANERGHATTA PLATE.DIV.I.FOR  INDIAN HORSES RATED 1-26 (ABT) 1000 MTS) where it was unplaced.

Trainer stated that  :-

1.     Last time his charge was running in a 1000 mts and this time it  was 1400 mts race  whereby  his charge had to  travel  400 mts extra.
2.     This time his charge had ridden by  a superior  jockey.

However while noting his explanation, he was warned for the inconsistent running of his charge and reminded of the rules governing “in and out running”.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner CHANDELIER in the presence of Trainer Mr. Manbir Singh  and sent for Analytical test.
