Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to withdraw CUTE STYLE (R Vaibhav) on veterinary grounds as it was walking lame on right fore due to infected capped elbow. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of UNIQUE STAR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly looking back after entering the straight for no apparent reason.

It was reported after the race that AMAR PREM (R Koch) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar, deputizing for Trainer Mr. S Narredu, was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is opened into the excessive use of the whip by Jockey R Vaideeshwaran on his mount, AHIRA, in the above race (3^rd infringement).

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g UNIQUE STAR.

Permission was granted to trainers M/s.R R Byramji, Bipin V Salvi,  Dinesh Pujar and Rakesh to deputize on behalf of trainers M/s.Darius R Byramji, J S Dhariwal, S Narredu and Ranjeet Shinde/Samar Singh respectively, who were unable to attend the races due to reasons beyond their control.
