Explanation of Jockey Deep Shanker (OVER SHADOW)  that his mount was hanging in, in the straight in the process scrapped the railing between the 400 and 200 metres as such he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage, noted.  Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
